Delivery and Payment

• The delivery is confirmed through phone or e-mail;
• The ordered article (s) is sent through Bulgarian post within 24 hours after the order is confirmed;
• Delivery terms is within 7 working day for all European countries;
• Free Shipping for European countries!!!

Right of return

According to Article 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection and Trade Rules consumer is entitled to claim at :

• identified deficiencies ;
• defects of the goods;
• non-compliance with the stated dimensions;
• discrepancy with the trade mark.

The claim is brought within 14 (fourteen ) days after receiving of the articles.

By present of claim the consumer may claim for:

• Refund;
• Replacement of the articles;
• Rebates.

Return and replacement of purchased goods

According to the Law on Consumer Protection within 14 days after receipt of the goods the customer has the right to return or replace, as the following conditions are met :

• Maintained good presentation (product is not torn , scratched, worn ) ;
• There is no damage caused by misuse ;
• The original packaging , consumables and accessories, in case you had included them ;
• Transport costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer.
